Additional Services FAQs
1. What’s included in your loading and unloading service?
Our labor-only service includes professional movers who will load or unload your rental truck, moving pod, or storage unit. We’ll securely stack and arrange your items to prevent damage in transit, and we’ll assist with heavier pieces to ensure safety.
2. Can I book internal moving help even if I’m not moving to a new location?
Yes! Many of our clients need help moving furniture within their home for remodeling, staging, or redecorating. We offer flexible, hourly labor for rearranging, downsizing, or preparing for home improvements.
3. How much notice do you need for labor-only services?
We recommend giving at least 48–72 hours’ notice, especially during busy seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows. The earlier you book, the better chance we can schedule your preferred time slot.
4. Will your team bring tools or equipment for loading/unloading?
Yes, our movers bring basic equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, and lifting straps. If you have very large or unique items, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare any specialized equipment needed.
5. Do you help with organizing or moving items in and out of storage units?
Absolutely. We can assist you with both loading and unloading storage units and even help organize or re-stack the contents for better space efficiency. We work with both short-term and long-term storage situations.
